2010 Mercedes E-Class Spotted Lurking Around Death Valley

The shutter-happy crew at Automotive Traveler happened upon a 2010 Mercedes-Benz E-Class" undergoing some extreme-weather testing in Death Valley (having apparently survived cold weather testing). The new W212 E-Class will probably debut in Frankfurt ahead of a 2009 release for the sedan. No word on whether we'll get to see a Hammer version, but we wouldn't hold our breath.
