Ford has finally, officially announced their plan for the future: One Ford. The most dramatic part of the plan is retooling American plants for some of that Euro-Ford goodness (see our cheat sheet for more) that we've been pleading for. But is it too late?

There are a lot of moving pieces to consider: First, is this the right direction for the company to go? Second, will it make a difference? Third, if it will make a difference, will it happen quickly enough?
