Whoops, looks like fräulein Helga parked the 2010 BMW Z4 mule in the wrong place at the wrong time. Several very nice interior shots have surfaced showing the layout and interfaces of the pending Z4 revision. The dash is still covered in a thick felt and that blue and white propeller on the wheel is taped over, but there's no mistaking some elements of the new car.
In these pics we can clearly make out a dash top user interface for the prominently displayed and new fangled pop-up iDrive. Also present in at ten and two are some aluminum paddle shifter doo-dads and on wheel controls. Something else new is the inclusion of an electric parking brake, which, as a feature still doesn't make much sense to us. The gauges get set deep in the pods and capped with chrome trim and the seats get extendable lower leg bolsters. I'm really excited about this car because I think it has the potential to be more mortifying than the current model, and that's an accomplishment without parallel.

The woman appears to be in the passenger seat. Could it be that she was somehow attracted to the passenger seat because under all that body cladding there is P Magnet yellow paint scheme on the car?
Nothing says "Fuck you sports car consumer" like an automatic transmission with an electronic e-brake.
Looks like what she's going to do next is 100% why guys buy Z4s in the first place.
so what happens if your going 110 on the bahn and spill your latte on the console right near the electronic e-brake?

Anyway, I went over to the ZPost site, and it's your typical BMW owners "I've got a bigger dick" chat room, with all kinds of talk about all things BMW. Ugh, one more reason why I can't stand BMW owners (or should I say renters, since 70% of them are leased).

I think the e brake is under the covers. All in all looks pretty similar to a current z4... Except I drive..
