Its amazing how these things get dragged out so long, Billy Lane (chopper guy) still hasnt gone to trial 2 years after he (allegedly) killed a guy on a motorcycle while drunk driving. You gotta love the legal system.

I don't doubt that he's going to do time and I don't doubt that his dad is going to have to pay a metric ass load of money to that poor kid's family. What I seriously have my doubts about is whether or not Nick Bollea will be put in a prison full of hardened criminals. Being who he is and who his father is do you really think they'll chance something happening to him?
