"Oh bugger..."
sweet
He's going to give that poor horse Lamboghonnoria.
The owner can obviously afford a Lambo but he is still living in mental poverty.
Besides Ferrari is always better than Lamborghini. At least in my book.
check out the panel gaps
Emblem ("shag") + overcompensating balding driver's toupee ("rug")= "shagrug"
Man, I wanna drive the offspring of that night of debauchery!
That decal could go the other way.
@OG_:
Good point. Ferrari has decades of F1 history to brag about. Lamborghini has what? a spat with Enzo eons ago and door wedge like styling.
@Chinese Knockoff Bento: A Fiero?
@graverobber- Same great taste, new low price!: Damn, dude...!
You have quite the clever wit! Touché as always... your work is a joy to behold!
@Lieutenant LT БЯд╒╒ ®:
@Chinese Knockoff Bento:
...And you guys are a laugh-riot as well on a regular basis, singularly as well as in this little double-play!
@charles_barrett: Thanks Charles, I'll toast to your health as soon as I get home and fix myself a martini.
@charles_barrett: I told myself I would try to write comments that had greater insight and were more meaningful... and it is proving nigh impossible.
@Lieutenant LT БЯд╒╒ ®: you beat me to it. i call Fiero as well!
@graverobber- Same great taste, new low price!: I would do the same (thanks Charles!) but after attending the Taste of Huntington Beach this past weekend, I am still in recovery mode.
It was nothing but alcohol & food (as well as good "flatbiller" sightings) as far as the eye could see... which isn't that far if I don't have my glasses on or contacts in...
Damn that is funny
Make it bigger so I can put it on my desktop. That shit owns!
How bout a Lamborghini Tractor? FTW! [www.samedeutz-fahr.com]
@M0L0TOV: not FTW... that is what they started out as...
I was at the Lamborghini factory in Sant'Agata Bolognese a year ago and they had a rather large poster of this sticker on their engine dyno room!
@M0L0TOV:
Lamborghini Trattori was around a while before Ferruccio started Automobili Lamborghini.
I have never seen a Lambo in the Inland Empire...or a Lambo with truck Nutz.
Note the "z"
That horse is full of Bull.
I don't think this is what the horse had in mind when he said he was going to ride a bull
Hey, Bucko, we like to call it inter-species erotica.
@OG_: Wow man, you're so insightful.
@graverobber- Same great taste, new low price!: You'd better stop by my place and clean the beer spray off my monitor and keyboard on the way home.
@F_munk:
just 4 words:
miura
countach
diablo
murcielago
Gives a whole new meaning to Riding the Pony
@Lieutenant LT БЯд╒╒ ®:
I know that, I just like the tractors more. It's probably more affordable as well.
@OG_:
A Ferrari is a pedigree racing car from a company leading in Forumula One. Much like their formula one bretheren, Ferraris are lightning-fast and glorious to drive. Also, much like their F1 counterparts, the need engine and drivetrain repairs about as often as I change my socks.
On the other hand, A Lamborghini is really just an Audi in an orange suit - a company known for boring cars. Even their racing program wins not by performance, but by fuel economy and reliability.
Remember, unless you're on a track, the performance enhancements of an F430 over a Gallardo are very small. But you need not be cruising along the Nurburgring to appreciate that your alternator still works.
I love the way Moment of Zen brings out some of the best lines... no COTD pressure 'cause it's after-hours; we can all just let our hair down and toss out what comes to mind. Some of us (raises hand) are a bit toasted, and may think we are funnier than we really are (raises hand again), but the interchange is still fun and often funny. All hail los Jalops...!
That would be funny if it wasn't a Lambo.
Damn, at least put the decal on straight...
The Bull motivating the Prancing Horse.
That is so....animal
Now we know why the pony is prancing...
@Lieutenant LT БЯд╒╒ ®: Don't you mean neigh impossible?
[sorry]
@hittatree_p: It probably is vertical - the seams on either side are at an angle. See here:
[www.seriouswheels.com]
p.s. The bull says: "This car doesn't go straight."
Does this mean bits will start falling off a Ferrari somewhere, for no apparent reason?
Other than, y'know . . . the clutch, the shocks, the windshield wiper . . .
Just had a prison flashback, guys.
@dculberson: I stand corrected. What I should have said was, "Damn, at least put the "straight" decal on..."
Did you check the Donkey donks on that tractor?
Oh, and ... I'm not much of one for expensive, flashy cars, but Lamborghinis are damn fine looking cars. Seeing one in person is still shocking. Claiming otherwise is just jealousy-fueled haterade.
Ferrari makes some incredible cars, too, but that doesn't make the Lambos any uglier.
Dissing one in favor of the other is folly on the order of kicking Claudia Schiffer out of the proverbial hammock in favor of Rebecca Romijn after your imagination just told you it was okay with a 3-way.
I'd probably skip both and try my luck with Franka Potente (the v10 Audi S8).
I believe I saw something similar to this awhile back
[jalopnik.com]
i have actually seen this emblem in person. I don't know if it is a custom or not, but still. I've seen it.
Man, I bet this made for some awkward encounters between dragons and their parents.
"Oh my god, what is this perverted shit? Oh god!"
"Mom, get out!"
@Spasticteapot: Well what I meant to say is that Ferrari has always been a more refined piece of engineering while Lamborghini is all about wild power. Just like a horse and a bull. Driving a Lambo is like a bull riding and driving the other one is like riding a thoroughbred.
When you mention Audi and its qualities built into Lamborghini you are right but only if we speak of the present day models. If I'm not wrong only Gallardo and Murcielago are Audi's. Diablo was conceived in a pre-Audi era. I was speaking of all Lamborghinis when saying that Ferrari is always better and not just the last two models. Although when comparing these two makes it must be said that Lamborghini did have some really beautiful cars and names like Urraco, Espada, Miura etc. sound fantastic when pronounced in Italian and not in English.
One more thing when speaking of racing. You are way off when saying that they win just because of the fuel economy. It can be hardly said for something that has a high revving, race tuned 10 or 12 cylinder engine and of at least 5000 cc going at WOT for 80 percent of the time. They are not powered by small blocks nor do run on diesel, yet. Who knows maybe Germans will change that too.
On quality side, I don't have a first hand experience with either but I do think that present day Ferraris are not shabby and that their quality standards have significantly improved under Luca di Montezemolo's management.
Yes. I agree with the last poster, if you are a man, then a Lambo is right for you. If you are less manly, like if you hurt yourself and scream like a little girl, then Ferrari is the car of choice.
Just depends on penis size and driving ability to determine what you should be doing. If you care what other people thing, if that's what matters, and you need to follow the herd to be happy, get a Ferrari and love your life. If you are a man, or a leader or men, if you have an inability to take crap from people and a shining star to friends and family, get the Lambo. If you do less, you'll be letting them down and also reducing the opinion of sexual potency by the females that surround you. It's a pretty easy decision however. Just go with what's you.
@Hello_Newman: I personally bealive that the Murci is the ultimate compensation mobile. Sensing some haterade of the ferrari brand...
Ferrari owners do have their negative moments, but the lambo drivers who i am around are all younger eurtrash type guys. I prefer the refined elegace of the ferrari vs. the overdone interiors on the lambos (hello black and white "pillow" stiching.
Lambo is to ferrari as bmw is to mercedes
They are both good cars in different ways, and owned by much different people. They have seperate but almost conflicting brand images: BMW is portrayed as a drivers car, whereas the Mercs are all out "luxury". They are both GREAT cars (in my opinion, ive had both), but just different.
That horse needs a Nazi uniform.
I iz up, whiz not?
Thats a lot of Horse, Bull, Cock and Balls... Its supposed to be the other way around... Balls, Cock, Horse and Bull...
@RoninianHoon: Okay I screwed that up but I'm going to stop now. Time to go sleep in my tire swing...
