It's a little know fact that building potato cannons and destroying things with them is a right of passage in some rural communities. Ours was equipped with a rifled 1.5" diameter PVC barrel, 4" combustion chamber, and a self-grounding barbecue ignition embedded in a custom whittled pistol grip. Depending on the accelerant used, punching holes in hay bales or blasting spuds across the field was an easy achievement for the lazy summer afternoons. These cultured gentlemen have decided to up the ante by taking pot shots at an econobox which has seen better days. They fail in their engineering as the combustion chamber explodes in-hand, but the wanton destruction is Jalopnik approved. [ToxicJunction]
