Having had its way with Italian cars, Zagato's coachworks business returned its attentions to a British-German hooligan — the Bentley Continental GT. (Remember the Zagato Aston DB7? Sure you do.) What they came up with is the two-tone Bentley GTZ Zagato we first showed you last week. As is their wont, Zagato made the Bent more curvilinear, with wide arcs where its blocky haunches used to be. No doubt Zagato wants more of this kind of business, but are there enough billionaires for those kinds of shenanigans?

Ooof. Howler. There goes another famous old italian coachbuilder..
that's just ugly... and the bentley is already such a well tailored coach-built car, so exactly what's the point?
I will never be able to afford a Bentley, but this design seems to be a bit off. The grill is just an exaggeration of the famous Bentley trademark, and the colour selection is hideous. If it's carried over into the interior, well that would be just sad. But then again, what do I know?
Someone in Busto Arsizio is missing a BBQ grill.
I see what they did, classic old colors, modern design. But from some angles toward the rear quarter it looks like a Solero!
From the front it looks like a Mercedes on 'roids.
my eyes hurt
-What you gon' do with all that junk?
All that junk inside your trunk?
-I'ma get, get, get, get, you drunk,
Get you love drunk off my hump.
My hump, my hump, my hump, my hump, my hump,
My hump, my hump, my hump, my ugly rear end lump
Check it out
-Uh, no thanks, I, don't think I could get that drunk,
That drunk, that drunk, that drunk.
Your ass-end is so ugly
That poor Mikey Spinelli
Couldn't even bring himself
To take a full pic of that shelf
That shelf, that shelf, that shelf, that shelf!
I'm confused...are you sure that's a Zagato and not another Chinese knockoff, because that's exactly what it looks like. Fuuuuugly. Can anyone recall another Zagato design flop?
Looks like some species of scarab beetle from the island of Borneo.
And that's not a good thing.
correction to the jalops (caught my eye like a spelling error to a 5th grade english teacher)... there was no db9 zagato... it was the beautiful db7 zagato... so no, we don't remember the z - 9.
@exige+ducati749s: Corrected.
The back of this thing looks like the most recent Camry Solara.
Travesty.
I was thinking that from the side the rear end looked like a 911, which is generally not a bad thing, but not on this.
I don't care what you say. George Jefferson's next door neighbor builds one hell of a car.
I like it.
Not so sure about the two-tone paint, but the haunched rear wings, the pontoon lights, large grille and double-bubble roof are classic Zagato. The standard GT has too much plain surfacing - acres of metal with not much going on.
OK, I'm easily pleased. But give a Bentley to most so-called coachbuilders these days and all you get is another eight-door stretch with plasma screen TV and 30-inch wheels.
elegante si... però basta con il neo-classico e con questo stile....bastaaaaaa...ormai è tutto già visto, gia detto e ridetto, spazio ai giovani!....i'm sorry...when i'm angry i speak italian :)
