NY Times Mentions Jalopnik, Again! New Media FTW!

Though we're consummate professionals and, clearly, the greatest authority on automobiles and automobilia ever to exist. And though we constantly mock the old media as being antiquated, boring and smelly... we still get as giddy as little school girls when they mention us, as the NY Times did today on their The Lede blog, referencing our story about the possible South American Dakar Rally. What they said below.

At the end of their good summary of what's been going on, they conclude with this:

At least one observer was reveling in the possibilities. Jalopnik, the auto bloggers at Gawker Media, wondered aloud: "Arica to Lebu anyone? Prague to Sofia?"
Yeah us! Yeah us! In your face Cindy Applebom, we did make it after all. And end self congratulation. [NY Times... BEOTCH]
