We all know that the killjoys at the DMV will reject your custom license plate application if you've requested something cool like SCHLONG or YAY PCP (though they didn't stop some Silicon Valley dentist from getting a tasteful HITLER plate for his Mercedes a while back). But what about the three-letter combos that are excluded from the numbering sequence of plain ol' regular plates?
