As a former resident of San Francisco, I must admit I fantasized about stringing up the thievin' crackhead scumbag who busted my car window to steal 46¢ out of the glovebox, and after the third or fourth such incident, even the most tolerant San Franciscan considers recruiting a bunch of fellow Dirty Harrys to clean out the joint.
