What's with that ungainly Fiat Palio wagon with the ground clearance you can drive a go-kart underneath? According to spies, it's a test mule for Alfa Romeo's first SUV. Alfa already makes the Alfa Crosswagon Q4, an allroad version of its 159 wagon. This model will reportedly be its first SUV-grade vehicle, a premium model that will compete with the BMW X3 and upcoming Audi Q5. It may even draw from the company's Kamal SUV concept unveiled at the 2003 Geneva show. We'll see how it pans out sometime in early next decade.
