Forty-two year-old Andrew Bamberg is looking at up to four years in the pokey after using possibly nefarious means to contest a traffic ticket. Bamberg was pulled over for rolling a stop sign in Redwood City, California — home of Chuck's Donuts — and rather than drop the ducats to pay the $215 fine, he elected to fight the law, citing a miswritten ticket and presenting photographic evidence. He then allegedly went and rearranged traffic signs to match the photographs, thus turning an attempt to save a few bucks into an extended vacation behind bars. Oops. – Davey G. Johnson
