There may be nothing more heartening to American consumers than watching smart German people build stuff. So it would seem from a new teaser video for the new Mercedes C-Class, set to debut in early 2007. And considering the distinct smell of citrus wafting from the current model, its successor must be executed flawlessly. Thus, we get quick cuts of heavily cladded test cars braving the heat and cold, come-hither shots of sexy devices and unexplained bursts of thermal imagery. What, no lab coats? Wardrobe!
