Chevrolet released an interior shot of its redesigned Malibu midsize, which the company plans to unveil at the Detroit show in January. From what we can tell, it's a far-sight better appointed than the current model's spastic-plastic setup, though we won't know until we can lay hands on the materials and perform the Jalopnik Knock Test. For now, we'll just have to stare at the two-tone leather upholstery until our eyes go unfocused and we can see a 3D image of dragons fighting over a sword-brandishing warlord chick in skimpy chain mail.
