				Chrysler shocked us in September with an electric program appearing from nowhere. The centerpiece was the <a href="http://jalopnik.com/5053495/chrysler-unveils-dodge-ev-a-tesla+like-all+electric-sports-car">Dodge EV</a> &mdash; a plug-in electric sportscar. Sources tell us the little electric's been caught testing around Detroit sporting some fascia changes.
