The blokes at Carscoop bring more goods on the reportedly updated 2007 Land Rover Defender, known in the Americas as The English Jeep that Retains its Value Despite All the Rust. They've got cellphone shots taken inside Land Rover's Solihull factory that show the next Defender ahead of its launch in mid-2007. Considering the exterior is none too far off the previous model's blocky comport, the interior is where new ideas have taken shape, with influence from the Defender's LR3 brother. Still, people love the Landie — thus the value retention in the states since its discontinuance — leading LR to plan production through 2010, when who knows what will happen to it.
