Frank Rinderknecht, CEO of Switzerland's bonkers tuning company, Rinspeed, recently drove the company's Splash amphibious prototype across the English Channel in 193 minutes, 47 seconds — a new world record for crossing — dodging freighters and supertankers to get 'er done.
