The journo kids at the New York show were all agog over the double-black 2007 Infiniti G35 — its piano lacquer finish, supple curves and lushly appointed interior turning the typical crowd of quintagenarian car hacks into schoolboys on their first trip to Hooters (those chicken wings are huge!). Subsequently, someone spotted a pre-production model during a hot-weather shakedown in Dubai and whipped out a digicam. The rest, as they say in the United Arab Emirates, is history.
