Twelve cents a gallon! That's the price of gas in Caracas, Venezuela. Not surprisingly, the only other two cities under a buck a gallon listed on a survey by Associates for International Research were Kuwait and Riyadh. Meanwhile, every European city listed was over six dollars per gallon of go-go juice, with Oslo coming in at $6.99. We've heard it's a lovely city, but with gas at seven smacks and a climate that would wreak havoc on our Seasonal Affective Disorder, we're gonna have to give the Oslo option a pass.
