That's right folks — here's an easy way to tell if your Chrysler vehicle's able to use the corny good Ethanol (E85) — look at your gas cap. Starting in 2007, if you're driving one of the Chrysler's which use ethanol, the manufacturer is going to give you a yellow gas cap. Ingenious! The person filling up could just look at their owner's manual — but we don't have time for that silliness — let's just paint the gas cap yellow! Why not just paint a picture of an ear of corn on the hood? But really, this is all academic — with only 600 ethanol stations in the whole United States — the chances of someone accidentally dropping ethanol into their non-compliant gas tank is about the same as someone stickin an ear of corn in it.
