GM's ice-haired Vice Chairman, Bob Lutz says Saturn's new direction will pay off in a big sales increase this year — sort of, we think? All those new Euro-designed models, like the Sky, Aura and Outlook — in the hopper for this year and the new Ion — a rebadged Opel Astra (pictured) — coming in 2007 — he told AutoWeek, will put Saturn on a (wait for it) "rapid overall percentage expansion" this year. That sounds pretty good? Anyway it appears like Chevrolet's really the one to watch. Read on.
