Word Car Fans posted some shots of the production version of the 2004 Nissan Qashqai concept, caught during shakedown tests in Germany. It's a small crossover ute that'll show up in the US with a name far less obviously connected to Iranian nomads, but nonetheless ready to attack the market for Toyota RAVs and Honda CRVs. The ute will have a visual connection to the new Nissan Versa, as well as the same 2.0-liter four (or a yet-unnamed six) and CVT transmission. Look for it in 2007 or so.
