We've seen some pretty horrific wrecks in our time. We've borne witness to road accidents that left vehicles flaming. We've had bodies carried past us with sheets over them by emergency crews. We've had a drift car smack into the K-rail not ten feet from where we were standing. We've watched dragsters explode. But the Paul Dana wreck yesterday really shook us. It was like watching a kamikaze attack where the pilot really didn't want to die. Dana was exactly our age, and something about that crash really got under our skin and into our soul. That said, the man died doing what he loved. Meanwhile, we're waiting for our Macintosh to suddenly go kiloton on us.
