Because we didn't book our hotel room in 1965, we were unable to get any closer to the famed city of Geneva than Lausanne (translated: "A Large Number of Sandwiches"), a quaint town about three-quarters Genf's size. But no matter; it's a mere half-hour from the Palexpo center where this year's Geneva Motor Show press days will take place Febuary 28 and March 1. We'll be there with our digicam, a bottle of absinthe and a dozen or so sugarcubes to cover all the action. Now, here's a shot from the terrace or our hotel of the stunning Auberge Royal. Oh wait, what's that down at the bottom there...

"Yankee go home"? But I just got here. It's about calling Steve, the desk clerk, "madame," isn't it. C'mon, he has very high cheekbones, what can I tell you?
