What a rockabilly name for such a regular ol' hatchback. Audi's "Roadjet" manages not to conjure images of big V8s and hood ornaments the size of lawn reindeer, while projecting an antithetically sporty B-segment image. It's also the first vehicle to sport Audi's new seven-speed Direct Shift Gearbox, which builds on the company's DSG manual. It's also got a mess of WLAN-based driver-assistance equipment that enable car-to-car communications, LED lights and an espresso maker in the rear console (huh?).
