Maybe not a Hoon in the strictest sense, but definitely one in the broader Jalopnik sense, the Swiss Rocketman is truly a Swiss man unafraid. Literally rocketing down a stretch of tarmac — on a bicycle fueled by more hydrogen peroxide than the members of Poison applied through the entire 1990s — Genevois Alec Beney hit nearly 150mph back in 1999.
