Gone is its really annoying bunker buster disguise panels, allowing us civilians to see the redesigned 2008 Mercedes C-Class pretty much for what it is. We're eyeballing it way ahead of its unveiling in Geneva in 2007, where it'll first show in sedan form, with wagon and AMG models rolled out subsequently. As far as Merc's long-term health is concerned, the new C-Class could be its most important US-bound car, and it'll do about anything to get it right.
