    Oltre Fiat SUV Concept Unveiled in Bologna

    Holy Italian Hummer, Man of Bat. Fiat's new Oltre Fiat concept, unveiled today at the Bologna auto show, either foreshadows a new competitor for the largest luxury SUVs, or is the punchline of a complex joke involving a team of blind Italian futurists, several tons of sheetmetal, a goat, and a vat of grappa. As Eurocar Blog reports, the "beyond Fiat" concept is built on an Iveco military truck platform, sports a set of ginormous Pirelli Scorpion Zero Asimmetrico 315/40R26 XL tires, but a relatively underwhelming 3.0-liter common-rail diesel four producing 185 hp and 336 lbs-ft of torque.
