Renault Formula 1 V10 Engine Sings Mercury

To celebrate its 2005 Formula 1 constructors' championship, Renault team engineers slapped a RS25 V10 on a dynamometer and programmed the engine management software to play Queen's "We Are the Champions," using the tones of different RPMs. Auto blogger Paul Tan posted the MP3 on his site PaulTan.org. We once tried a similar trick with our old Rupp minibike, but blew a rod on the vocal break of "Bohemian Rhapsody." The poor Briggs and Stratton four stroke gave up somewhere around "Gali-le-oh."
