The Most Beautiful '29 Ford Roadster Pickup Ever?

But Sweet Jeebus is this thing incredible. Royce Glader's '29 Ford roadster pickup comes off as the unholy spawn of Jimmy Shine's '34 Ford Commercial and Eric Zausner's Steve Moal-built Torpedo, two of our very favorite cars of the last decade. Or any decade, for that matter. Built by the crew at Pinkee's Rod Shop from the ground up (they started with raw steel tubing and a few repro body panels) and powered by a Dodge Red Ram Hemi, the car is spare, but the detailing and ingenuity are mind-blowing. Without sounding too stuffy about it, when the important rods of the first decade of the second millennium are shortlisted, this car will definitely be at or near the top.
