Ford is testing a version of its redesigned 2007 Expedition SUV that's more than a foot longer than the base model. Automotive quick-draw photog, Brenda Priddy snapped photos of the extended Expedition test mule out and about (in a jacket the Fonz would have tossed the Polaskey twins out of the sack for). From the looks of it, Ford is clearly not intimidated by pressure from anti-SUV groups, waning consumer demand, declining tax advantages for small-business owners or sky-high gas prices. Actually, the extended Expedition is probably smaller than the erstwhile Excursion. That's worth something, no?
