Hot Rod's HRSS Supercar Is a Blast from the Present

Hot Rod magazine, on the occasion of its 40th anniversary, teamed up with Imagine Motorsports to create what is truly a surreal combination of past and present muscle cars — the HRSS 454 limited edition supercar. Based on a late model GTO, extensive body mods make the HRSS 454 appear to be a 1970 Chevelle. (One is owned by Steve Sandlin of Sandlin Motorsports [see below].) Want one? The price tag is a supercar-like $125,000. Expensive for a GTO, but kind of cheap for a time machine.
