    Shelby Expedition Featured at SEMA

Carroll Shelby, not content to build a slew of forward-thinking concept supercars in the past year or two, turned his automotive dream team on Ford's crosstown bus, the Expedition. Sure, it looks all tweaked out, the late model's planar architecture made more agressive by hard-edged groundwork and fender flares, but can the dog hunt? How does a supercharged 5.4 liter Ford GT engine, churning out 550 hp and 500 lb/ft of torque sound? We can almost hear the motor music through the Borla performance exhaust. The only thing missing from the rolling party is a tray of hors d'oeuvres.
