Mitsubishi looks serious about getting its mojo working in the US market. The much-anticipated and, from the looks of it, severely amped up 2006 Mitsubishi Eclipse, will likely debut at the 2005 Detroit Auto Show in January. Word is that more powerful engines, including a 260 hp six, and an available six-speed manual gearbox will make the tuner kids seriously forget the ham-fisted attempt that passes for the current model. Don't screw this one up, Mitsu, we're all watching.
